What is BOREB?
BOREB have been active since February 2011 following the government’s initiative to professionalize and regulate the real estate industry. BOREB or the Bohol Real Estate Board was chartered under the guidance of PAREB, Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards, the leading and most prestigious group of real estate practitioners in our country today.
Who we are?
We believe that you, being a licensed real estate practitioner in the province of Bohol, is of the same vision that the real estate practice in our locality would be more productive in the highest standards of the profession. Thus, we invite you to be formally accepted as our valued partner, esteemed colleague, and stakeholder in all our organizational undertakings.
BOREB purposes
- To create and maintain an optimum level of professional performance of its members based on the principles and Code of Ethics of real estate practitioners;
- To establish and maintain, through self-discipline, high professional standards and promote the study and knowledge of all aspects of the profession through publications, meetings, seminars, symposium and other means;
- To provide continuing programs of professional education for real estate practitioners and its clientele, and support, meaningful basic research and maintain administrative facilities to achieve these goals;
- To serve as a forum to discuss issues/problems affecting clientele and the welfare of the transacting public as well as the government;
- To promote goals and programs as maybe permitted by law in the upliftment of the lives of real estate practitioners in the Province of Bohol and in the Philippines in general;
- To do such other acts and activities as may be necessary for the accomplishment of the foregoing purposes.
